• Warrant that you are using a valid payment method

We ship globally excluding Asia and some remote areas. Our shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your item(s), provided that:

• Items are unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
• You have proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:
